TERMS OF USE FOR SCRAPKITS:
My kits are for personal use only- absolutely no commercial use!!
No credit is required, but if you wish to credit me, please use:
   Kit by Chillaxin Scraps or link back to my blog: https://chillaxinscraps.blogspot.com/

*** You are responsible for following the TOU and using proper copyrights of tube elements in my kits.
*** My kits with included tubes will come with its own tube TOU, please read and follow the artist terms.

You may:
- change the color and resize elements (excluding copyrighted poser tubes- follow artist terms included), papers, frames to fit your needs.
- create tags, timelines, and tutorials as long as it is for personal use only.
- use the kit in whole or in part to create layouts for personal blogs and websites that do not make money.
- use elements in your digital project as long as final design is a flattened image- no layers.
- create tags, blog layout, timelines for friends as long as it is for free and not for money.

You may NOT:
- offer my kit into another's kit collection, forum, or upload into a file sharing site/groups, in whole or in part.
- sell, offer, or exchange my kits with another. I do not give my permission to do so.
- alter the kits and claim the elements/kits as your own creation.
- include any of the elements in my kits in your tutorial as supplies. Send them to my blog or store I sell at.
- make any of the elements, papers, or frames from my kits into tubes or brushes and redistribute them in any manner.
- use any images for obscene, defamatory, or immoral works, or any other purpose which is prohibited by law.
- hold me responsible for damages or loss that result from using my kits.
- You may not create clusters and distribute them for free. Make a tag out of it and don't leave it blank. Put word art on it.
  Many of the products used for my kits are not allowed for freebie distribution by the designers who created them.

My clusters are for personal use only- absolutely no commercial use!!
No credit is required, but if you wish to credit, please use:

You may:
- change the size of each cluster to fit your needs.
- use the clusters to create layouts for personal blogs and websites that do not make money.
- use clusters in your digital project as long as final design is a flattened image- no layers.
- create tags and timelines for friends as long as it is for free and not for money.

You may NOT:
- grayscale, distort, or change the original colors of the clusters in any manner.
- offer my clusters into another's collection, forum, or upload into a file sharing site/group, in whole or in part.
- sell, offer, or exchange my clusters with another. I do not give my permission to do so.
- alter any of the clusters and claim them as your own creation.
- include any of the clusters in your tutorial as supplies. Send them to my blog or store I sell at.
- use any of my clusters for obscene, defamatory, or immoral works, or any other purpose which is prohibited by law.
- offer any of my clusters as is, and say it is a finished product. Make something out of it and add word art to it.
- hold me responsible for damages or loss that results from using my cluster sets.

Absolutely no commercial use of my timeline sets!!
Sets are made with commercial use elements for your Personal Use only

You may:
-Use the set for your Personal Use Facebook cover only.

You may NOT:
- alter any piece of the timeline set or change original credits on set and claim as your own.
- grayscale, distort, or change the original colors of the set in any manner.
- offer the timeline set into another's collection, forum, or upload into a file sharing site/group, in whole or in part.
- sell, offer, or exchange the timeline set with another.
- use the timeline set for obscene, defamatory, or immoral works, or any other purpose which is prohibited by law.
- hold me responsible for damages or loss that results from using my timeline set.
